* ZingBot is not liable for any losses arising from compromised credentials due to user negligence.
## 3. Payments and Billing
* Users agree to pay all applicable service fees on time as per the selected plan.
* Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination of services.
* All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

* Users must obtain **explicit consent** from end-users before sending WhatsApp messages through the platform.

* ZingBot will not be held liable for any misuse of end-user data by users.

* Users must adhere to **Meta’s guidelines and policies** for WhatsApp Business API usage.
* Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to the ZingBot platform.
## 6. Limitation of Liability
* ZingBot provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
* ZingBot shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
